A unknown modified Promethean-based Halbert that's capable of casting forth dreadful lightning storm to which he dubbed the weapon as "Blitz Halbert" after surpassing the rest who were incapable of gaining the Ascended Warrior Rank.

A modified Promethean/Covenant Concussion Rifle with Lightning-based rounds that can often cause some major casualties towards vehicles, aircrafts and foot soldiers.

Powers or Abilities: Like Commander Nova, Lord Kroudon and Raaz 'Zhark as well as many MANY more that has not been revealed, he too was also granted with the ability known as "Dragon Slayer Magic" due to implanting a "Dragon Lacrima" into his back. Able to bend any sort of based-Lightning at his will and uses it towards his own advantage, powerful enough to burn through tough armor and shields by the very means of whatever emotions run through him, with the addition of being able to absorb and devour lightning to replenish his strength and ten-times the force and damage to an even more devastating state than ever before.

Personality: 

Likes: Lives for the thrills of challenging strong enemies while striking fear towards those that he views as his enemies as well as having an interest of learning much of the Precursors technology. He's also known to posses the habit of toying with his prey of wanting to see what they're truly made of until finally showing a sense of power that he views to be an object of interest that would eventually cause himself to get serious as well in combat.

Dislikes: Wasn't that much fond of un-notice affiliations after being his master had made an uneasy alliance with the P.M.C Armada, doesn't enjoy the sight of cowardice as well as not having that much interest for the idea of killing unless he's pushed to the brink if he is angered. And unlike the rest of the Dark Krosheets to which he's allied himself during the dark times of Sangheilios casting out those who were unlike their own, Arvo is also known to show a sense of regret to what sort of pain and suffering that he causes towards others.
